How do you get to Borgata Acquarossa?
You can reach the hamlet by car. Detailed directions will be provided after booking. Two routes are available: one shorter but steeper, and one longer and flatter. Near the houses, free parking is available.
In winter the roads may be snowy: winter tires and/or snow chains are mandatory.

Is heating available?
Yes, all homes are equipped with pellet-stove heating, essential especially in the coldest months.
Are the houses equipped?
The houses are fully furnished and equipped for short and long stays. Linen is provided, as well as everything needed for cooking (dishes, pots, utensils and kitchen towels). An initial supply is also provided for the first days of the stay.
For stays longer than 2 days, the replenishment of consumables (oil, salt, toilet paper, etc.) will be the guests’ responsibility.
Is there an internet connection?
Yes, in every house there is Wi‑Fi with fiber optics.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome (conditions and/or any extra fee will be specified). Cats are not allowed. Dogs must not be left alone inside the house.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
